1. Shipping Locations

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom to addresses where adult-use cannabis products are legally permitted.

Important: We cannot ship to PO boxes, workplaces, schools, or any location where age verification (21+) cannot be completed in person.

2. Order Processing & Age Verification

All orders undergo a mandatory age verification process before processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment and age verification
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been verified and dispatched

Age verification may require additional documentation. Please ensure the name on your order matches your valid photo ID.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (order before 2PM GMT)
  • Highland & Islands: May take an additional 1-2 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or local conditions.

4. Discreet Packaging & Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. All Dessertz Top Exotics orders ship with:

  • Plain, unmarked outer packaging with no branding or product descriptions
  • No cannabis-related labels, logos, or imagery on the exterior
  • Neutral return address: "DTX Fulfilment" (no company name)
  • Secure, tamper-evident inner packaging to protect product integrity

What's on the shipping label? Only your name, delivery address, and a generic reference number. No product details, prices, or cannabis-related terms appear on the label.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination (UK mainland vs. Highlands/Islands)
  • Selected shipping speed (Standard or Express)

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over £50 (UK mainland only).

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number
  • A secure link to track your delivery in real-time
  • SMS updates (if opted-in) for delivery day notifications

Tracking links are secure and do not display product details. Only delivery status and estimated arrival time are shown.

7. Age Verification at Delivery

Required for all cannabis orders: The courier will request valid photo ID before handing over your package.

  • Accepted ID: UK driving licence, passport, or PASS-accredited proof of age card
  • The recipient must be 21+ and match the name on the order
  • If ID cannot be verified, the package will be held for collection or returned to us

Please ensure an adult 21+ is available to receive your order. We cannot leave packages unattended or with minors.

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or transport disruptions
  • Courier service capacity issues (e.g., peak holiday periods)
  • Failed age verification attempts at delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and contents
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
